Due to the perishable nature of our premium canned cocktails, we cannot accept physical returns of liquid products. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

    Upon arrival, please check your Tip Top shipment for any signs of leakage, breakage, or incorrect quantities.

    Resolution

    Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
